The Bank shall assist in the enforcement of any laws relating to counterfeiting the currency of Sierra Leone, and a certificate of a duly authorised officer of the Bank that a document or token in question is or is not a genuine note or coin shall be *prima facie* evidence of the fact in any judicial proceeding in Sierra Leone.
