ENACTED by the President and Members of Parliament in this present Parliament assembled.
2 **No. 6** *The Civil Marriage (Amendment) Act* **2000**

**1.** This Act shall be deemed to have come into operation on the 1st day of January, 2000.
[Margin: Replacement of Schedule E to Cap 97.] [Margin: Cap 97.]
**2.** Schedule E of the Civil Marriage Act is repealed and replaced by the following Schedule:—
"SCHEDULE E

| For a certified extract ... ... ... | 10,000.00". |
