Section 3, The Sierra Leone Water Company Act, 2001

(1) There is hereby established a body to be known as the Sierra Leone Water Company (hereafter referred to as "the Company"). (2) The Company shall be a body corporate having perpetual succession with power to acquire, hold and dispose of movable or immovable property, to enter into contracts, to sue and be sued in its corporate name and to do all things which a body corporate can do. (3) The Company may transact business in all respects in the same manner as a private individual. [Margin: Common seal.]
