Section 5, The Sierra Leone Water Company Act, 2001

(1) The Company shall have a Board of Directors (hereafter referred to as "the Board") which shall consist of (a) a Chairman; (b) the Financial Secretary or his representative; (c) the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Energy and Power or his representative; (d) a representative of the Institute of Engineers; No. 6 The Sierra Leone Water Company Act 2001 5 (e) a representative of the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture; (f) four members representing consumer interests; and (g) the Director-General appointed under section 18.
