Section 55, The Sierra Leone Water Company Act, 2001

(1) No person shall put water to use for purposes other than those for which water is supplied by the Company. (2) Any person who contravenes subsection (1) commits an offence and is liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding Le300,000 or to a term of imprisonment not exceeding three months.
