Section 58, The Sierra Leone Water Company Act, 2001

(1) No person shall, without the consent of the Company fasten any animal to any structure or apparatus of the Company. (2) No person having custody or control of an animal shall allow that animal to wander on any pipe track or waterworks.
(3) Any person who contravenes subsection (1) or (2) commits an offence and is liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding Le100,000 or to a term of imprisonment not exceeding three months.
