Section 30, The Insurance Act, 2000

(1) Every insurer shall furnish the Commission with full and authenticated particulars of any alteration or change in any of the matters specified in section 18. (2) Where the alteration affects the assured rates, terms, advantages and conditions in connection with life policies the insurer shall furnish the Commission with full particulars of the alteration before it takes effect.
