Section 65, The Insurance Act, 2000

(1) The Commissioner shall be heard by the Court in any matter relating to the winding up of an insurance company. [Margin: Right of hearing of Commissioner.]
(2) Without prejudice to the generality of subsection (1), the Court shall hear the opinion of the Commissioner if any scheme under paragraph (d) or (e) of section 64 is contemplated.
