Section 1: In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires—

"Commission" means the Tertiary Education Commission established by section 2;
"tertiary education institution" means—
(a) a university or university college;
(b) a polytechnic; or
(c) a post secondary school educational institution at the prescribed level;
"Minister" means the Minister responsible for education.
