Section 14, The Tertiary Education Commission Act, 2001

(1) The Minister shall table before Parliament within six months after the end of each financial year a report on the activities and operations of the Commission during the preceding year. (2) The report of the Commission referred to in subsection (1) shall include a copy of the audited accounts of the Commission together with the Auditor-General's report on it. [Margin: Regulations.]
