Section 18, The Polytechnics Act, 2001

(1) The Minister shall table before Parliament within six months after the end of each financial year a report on the activities and operations of the polytechnic institution during the preceding year. (2) The report of the polytechnic institution referred to in subsection (1), shall include a copy of the audited accounts of the polytechnic institution together with the Auditor-General's report on it.
