Section 2, **The Sierra Leone Housing Corporation Act, 1982** [Margin: Short title.]

(1) There is hereby established a body to be known as the Sierra Leone Housing Corporation. (2) The Corporation shall be a body corporate with perpetual succession and shall have power to acquire, hold and dispose of property whether movable or immovable, to enter into contracts, to sue and to be sued in its corporate name and to do all things necessary for the purpose of this Act.
