Section 20, **The Sierra Leone Housing Corporation Act, 1982** [Margin: Short title.]

(1) After the Vesting Day the Corporation shall, in respect of any monies advanced by the Government to the Corporation to provide for working capital, create an advance account in favour of the Government equivalent to the total amount of such advance. [Margin: Advance account for working capital.] (2) The advance account created under subsection (1) shall be subject to such conditions as to interest and repayment as the Minister of Finance may from time to time determine.
