Section 23, **The Sierra Leone Housing Corporation Act, 1982** [Margin: Short title.]

Subject to the provisions of sections 25 and 26 all contracts, deeds, bonds, agreements, instruments, debts, credits and working arrangements to which the provisions of the Second Schedule apply shall have effect in favour of and against the Corporation as therein mentioned, and to the extent therein mentioned, as if instead of the Government the Corporation had been named therein or had been a party thereto.
