Section 26: The Corporation may, from time to time—

(a) with the prior approval of the Minister after consultation with the Minister of Finance, borrow by way of overdraft or otherwise such sums as it may require for meeting its current obligations and discharging its functions under this Act. [Margin: Power to borrow money and incur indebtedness for other purposes.] (b) incur indebtedness to persons for the supply of goods or services in the normal course of the Corporation's business.
