Section 32, **The Sierra Leone Housing Corporation Act, 1982** [Margin: Short title.]

(1) The Corporation shall not later than three months after the end of each financial year of the Corporation, submit to the Minister a report on the exercise and performance by it of its functions during the year and on its policy and programme. [Margin: Annual report.] (2) The report of the Corporation for any year shall set out any direction given by the Minister to the Corporation during that year unless the Minister has certified in writing to the Corporation that it is against the public interest to do so. (3) The Minister may give directions as to the form of the reports to be made under this section and the Corporation shall comply with any such directions. (4) The Minister shall cause a copy of every such report to be laid on the Table in Parliament. PART VIII—EMPLOYMENT, SECONDMENT AND TRANSFER OF PERSONNEL
