Section 38, **The Sierra Leone Housing Corporation Act, 1982** [Margin: Short title.]

If any person wilfully hinders or obstructs or causes or procures to be hindered or obstructed, any servant of the Corporation employed in doing anything authorised by this Act to be done or in the exercise of any of the powers or authorities in this Act contained he shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on summary conviction thereof to a fine not exceeding one hundred Leones or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding three months or to both such fine and such imprisonment.
