Section 41, **The Sierra Leone Housing Corporation Act, 1982** [Margin: Short title.]

(1) In any suit pending before a Court the Corporation may be represented at any stage of the proceedings by any servant of the Corporation who shall satisfy the Court that he is duly authorised in writing by the Corporation in that behalf. [Margin: Representation of Corporation at hearing of suit.] (2) For the purposes of this Part, "suit" includes action and means a civil proceeding commenced by writ of summons or in such other manner as may be prescribed by rules of Court but does include a criminal proceeding.
