Section 11: Where a person –

(a) enter and inspect any premises occupied or
used by a person;
(b) inspect any document or other thing in the
premises; and
(c) take copies of any document in the premises.
(3) A person shall make available to the Board such
facilities as are necessary to enable the powers conferred by this
regulation to be exercised.
