Section 35: Subject to the general control of the Commission, the

Executive Secretary shall– (a) be responsible for the carrying out of the policy decisions of the Commission, the dayto-day administration and management of the affairs of the Commission and the control of the other staff of the Commission; and (b) perform such other duties as may be assigned by the Commission. (3) The Executive Secretary shall, unless in any particular case the Information Commissioner otherwise directs in writing, attend all meetings of the Commission.
