Section 21, Funds and Other Related Measures) Regulations, 2013

Where funds or other economic resources owned, held orcontrolled by a designated individual, entity, undertaking or groups are held within the jurisdiction of Sierra Leone, the funds and other economic resources shall be frozen upon establishing beyond doubt that a designated person or entity is the owner, controller or beneficiary of the funds or economic resources.
