Where a financial institution, designated non financialbusinesses or profession have been issued with designated list issued by the United Nations, Regional Member States of ECOWAS or the Government of Sierra Leone they shall refer to that list prior to conducting any transaction or establishing a business relationship with any person or entity to ascertain whether or not the name of such person or entity is on the designated list.
