The Attorney-General shall inform a designated personabout the possibility of–
(a) utilizing part of the frozen funds or other
resources in accordance with these
Regulations; and
(b) submitting complaints to the Attorney-
General or the UN Ombudsman in accordance
with sub-regulation (2) of Regulation 43 and
Regulation 44.
