Section 57, Funds and Other Related Measures) Regulations, 2013

A Sierra Leonean, whether domiciled in Sierra Leone ornot, who contravenes these Regulations commits an offence and
shall be liable, on conviction, to a fine of not less than Le 1,000,000.00
or to a term of imprisonment of not less than six months or to both
such fine and imprisonment.
