Section 20 of the Sierra Leone Produce Marketing Act Amendmentis hereby amended as follows: of section 22of Cap. 209 A 38 No. 8 Sierra Leone Produce Marketing (Amendment) 1966 (a) by substituting a colon for the full stop at the end of subsection (1) thereof : and (b) by adding the following proviso to that subsection- Provided that the Board may, if satisfied that no other funds are available for the purpose, apply any sum of money not exceeding one and a half million leones out of the Price Maintenance Fund, to meet any expenditure which in its opinion is urgently required to develop or promote agricultural industry in Sierra Leone.".
