Section 3: In addition to the provision for the service of Sierra Leone

Le7,593,621 authorised by the principal Act and by the Supplementary Act agranted for further sum of seven million, five hundred and nincty-three thousand,1965-66. six hundred and twenty-one leones shall be and is hereby granted to Her Majesty the Qucen, Her Heirs and Successors for and during the 1965-66financial period and the same shall be applied and expended in the manner herein described and for the several services set forth in the First and Sccond Schedules. March ninctcen hundred and sixty-six shall not lapse on that date but shall continuc to be available for making payments until the 30th day of Junc in that year.
