4. The Accountant-General is hereby authorised and required from time to inme, upon the Warrant or Order of the Minister of Finance, to pay out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund for the several services specified in the First and Second Schedules the sum of thirty-four million, one hundred and thirteen thousand, five hundred and eiglht Leones which will come in course of payment during the ycar ending on the thirtieth day of June, nineteen hundred and sixty-seven.
