The Education (Amendment) Act, 1966 A 93 BE IT ENACTED by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the House of Representatives in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows: Short title. Date of [18th August, 1966.] commencement. 1, Paragraph (b) of section 13 of the Education Act, 1964, Repeal and (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act) is hereby repealed replacementof para. and replaced by the following new paragraph (b) of section 13 of Act No 63 A 94 18 of Act Replacementof subsection (1)of section repealed No. 63 of 1964.
