It shall the duty of the Registrar- (n) to correct , accordance with the Counc_il's _directions any entry a register which the Council d1re~ts him correct as being in its opinion an entry which has been incorrectly made: (/J) make from time to time any necessary alterations the particulars registered persons : and (c) remove from the relevant register the name of ziny registered person who has died.
