(l) There is hereby established a disciplinary committee of the Council (hereinafter called " the Committee ") which shall perform the functions hereinafter specified as the functions of the Committee. (2) The Committee shall consist of- (n) a medical practitioner or dental surgeon of not less than ten years standing appointed by the Council who shall be chairman : (h) four members of the Council to be appointed by the Council. (3) The members of the Committee shall hold office for a term of two year~ from the date of appointment and shall be eligible for re-appointment.
