SELECTION OF CONTRACTORS
The Center shall be constructed by a contractor selected from the
Government's present Register of Contractors (a copy of which has been
submitted to AHEAD by the Government) by means of competitive bids to
be jointly accepted, reviewed and approved by the Government and AHEAD.
