Section 13, The National Power Authority Act, 1982

Where any action, prosecution or other proceeding is commenced in respect of any act, neglect or default done or committed by an officer, servant or agent of the Authority in his capacity as its officer, servant or agent, the provisions of the Public Officers Protection Act shall apply as though such officer, servant or agent were a public officer.
