Section 20: The Authority may from time to time—

[Margin: Amended by the insertion of subsection 20(a) of Sec. 12 of Decree 25/93] (a) after consultation with the Minister and with approval of the Minister of Finance borrow by way of overdraft or otherwise such sums as it may require for meeting its current obligations and discharging its functions under this Act; (b) incur indebtedness to persons for the the supply of goods or services in the normal course of the Authority's business. [Margin: Government may guarantee loans to the Authority.]
