Section 28, The National Power Authority Act, 1982

(1) The Authority shall, as soon as possible after the end of each financial year of the Authority, make to the Minister a report on the exercise and performance by it of its functions during that year and on its policy and programme. 14 No. 3 National Power Authority 1982 (2) The Minister may give directions as to the form of the reports to be made under this section and the Authority shall comply with any such directions.
