Section 35, The National Power Authority Act, 1982

On completion of any installation erected under the provisions of a license granted under this Act, the owner thereof shall give notice in writing to the Authority which shall cause an inspection and test to be made thereof and if the installation is, in its opinion, satisfactory, it shall grant to the owner a certificate to that effect. No installation shall be operated until such certificate has been obtained. [Margin: Periodic inspection of installations operated under licence.]
