Section 41, The National Power Authority Act, 1982

The Authority may at any time sell, lease or otherwise dispose of in such manner as it thinks proper, any land, easement or other right in respect of land or water or any works, buildings, or other property acquired by it for the performance of its duties or the exercise of its powers and functions.
