Section 52, The National Power Authority Act, 1982

Sections 48, 49 and 50 of this Act shall apply to an approved scheme as if the words "an approved scheme" were substituted for the words "Bumbuna Hydro-Electric Power Project", the words "the river to which such approved scheme relates" are substituted for the words "the River Seli" and the word "scheme" is substituted for the word "project".
