DECREE Supplement to the Sierra Leone Gazette Vol. CXXVI, No. 40 dated 31st August, 1995 N.P.R.C. Decree No. 10 Sierra Leone 1995 The Republic of South Africa (Repeal) Decree, 1995 [Margin: Short title.] Being a Decree to repeal the Republic of South Africa Act, 1962 (which imposed trade sanctions against the Republic of South Africa) [ 27th April, 1994. ] [Margin: Date of Commencement.] PURSUANT to paragraph 3 of the Proclamation entitled "The Administration of Sierra Leone (National Provisional Ruling Council) Proclamation, 1992", the National Provisional Ruling Council makes and issues the following Decree.
