A person who promotes or takes part in a race or trial ofspeed between motor vehicles on a road other than a road authorised
for motor racing commits an offence and is liable on summary
conviction to a fine not exceeding Le1,000,000 or to a term of
imprisonment not exceeding 3 years or to both.
