Section 145, The Road Traffic Act, 2007

(1) The Road Traffic Act, 1964 is hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding the repeal effected by subsection (1), any rules or regulations under the Act thereby repealed and in force immediately before the commencement of this Act shall continue in force until revoked under this Act.
