Section 24, The Road Traffic Act, 2007

A person who drives a motor vehicle in respect of whichthe Licensing Authority has refused to grant a licence or has revoked
the licence commits an offence punishable on summary conviction
by a fine not exceeding Le250,000 or by imprisonment for a term not
exceeding 12 months or by both.
