(1) A person shall not give instructions in the driving of amotor vehicle unless that person wears in the course of instruction,
an instructor’s Identity Card issued by the Licensing Authority.
(2) An instructor’s Identity Card shall not be valid unless
the certificate number of the instructor is embossed on it.
(3) A person who fails to comply with subsection (1)
exceeding Le250,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 12
