Section 64, The Road Traffic Act, 2007

(1) A person who – (a) drives a motor vehicle in contravention of a
prohibition under this Part;
(b) causes a motor vehicle to be driven in
contravention of such a prohibition; or
(c) fails to comply within a reasonable time, with
a direction under this Part,
(2) The Authority may by statutory instrument make
regulations in respect of exemption under this section.
