Section 115, The Child Right Act, 2007

(1) A Family Court may order that the parent, guardian orrelative of a child in a home for the care of children shall contribute
towards the maintenance of the child in the home.
(2) Any amount to be contributed shall be reasonable
and may be varied by the Family Court if there is a change in
circumstances of the contributor.
