N ) Where the Minister is sutislicd tha it is absolutely Pemts.nCcessary for the duo instruction of persons attending any course of lectures for the purpose of ucquiring physiological knowledge orany knowledge which will be uscd for saving or prolonging life, or alleviating sullering, or for combating any disease whether of human beings, aninmals or plants, for any such lecturo to be illustrated by the performanco of any cxporinnent, the Minister may grant to licensco under this Ordinance a teacling pormit to perform any experiment specificd in such licence for the purpose of illustratingsuch lecture. (2) Every leaching permit under this section shall be subject to such conditions in addition tT any conditions specified in this Ordinance as may be specified in such permit, and such permit shall remain in force for twelve months from the date on ivhicl it is granted.
