Section 2, The Courts (Appeals) Short title (Amendment) Ordinance, 1961

The Courts (Appeals) Ordinance, 1960 is hereby amended Insertion ofby the addition of the following new section immediately after new section section 29 29A in Ordin ance No. 18 1960. A186 No. 24 "Replace ment of STAIcAnCourt of Appeal. Courts (Appea.s) (Amendment) 1961 29A. Except in this Ordinance, wherever in any Ordinance now in force in Sierra Leone the expression the 1West African Court of Appeal " appears, there shall be substituted therefor the expression " the Sierra Leone and Gambia Court of Appeal."
