Section 19 of the Post Office Ordinance is hereby amended Amendmentby the insertion immediately after paragraph (e) thereof of the of section 19 of Cap. 176. following paragraph - A134 No. 14 Post Ofice (Amend1ment) 1961 M.P. P.T. 3/1. " ) Postal matter relating only to statutory returns requircd by the Director of Education sent to him by any Local Education Authority, Government school or school subsidiscd from Government funds and franked by the signature of the Chairman of such authority, manager or headmaster of such school, as the case may bc, or some other persons authorised by them.".
