Section 11, The Adoption Act, 1989 Short title

(1) On the decision by a court on an application for the making of an adoptionorder, other than a decision to postpone the application and make an interim order, any person aggrieved may, subject to rules of court and subject to the rules of court and subject to the provisions of the Courts Act, 1965 appeal to the Court of Appeal. (2) On any decision of the Court on an application for an adoption order, any person aggrieved may appeal to the Court of Appeal,
