Section 103, Civil Aviation Act, 2017 for an effective aviation safety and security

(1) The Authority shall ensure that suitable facilities aremade available to the relevant Government authorities and agencies at airports for the provision of customs, immigration and health services. (2) The provision of the customs, immigration and health services referred to in subsection (1) shall not be the responsibility of the Authority, but of the appropriate Government authority or agency. (3) The terms and conditions under which the facilities referred to in subsection (1) shall be made available and shall be determined by agreement between the Authority and the Government authority or agency concerned.
