Section 108: The Authority shall-

(a) develop aviation security policies and
requirements consistent with the provisions
of Annex 17;
(b) issue rules, orders, circulars or directives to
require the implementation of immediate
security measures; and
(c) provide oversight for the implementation of
aviation security policies and requirements.
